Do you think regular jam holds too much sugar? Then you should try this new alternative called ‘Chia loves fruit’ from Mister Kitchen. In this jam, a great amount of sugar has been replaced by chia seeds. To be exact, Chia loves fruit contains 65% less sugar than regular jam. The chia seeds take care of the binding of the fruit, without extra sugar or gelatin and they add a little bite as well. Stevia is used to make it a little sweeter.

Lof der Zoetheid was on my wishlist to visit for literally years already. I discovered this place when I went to visit Kookpunt for the first time with my parents. We had been in this amazing shop for a couple of hours and afterwards we wanted to go and have lunch somewhere. Next to Kookpunt, on the corner of the block was Lof der Zoetheid. As we looked inside, we noticed the place was crammed full! There was no room for us to sit, so we didn’t go for lunch there we but at home instead. As we never heard of it before we wondered what was so special about Lof der Zoetheid. So at home I looked it up on the internet and I found the most wonderful reviews. I found out that especially their cakes, lunches and high teas were incredible. Then I knew I had to go there at least once!
I always make lists for everything: things I want to do, make, see or get. That’s why I also had a list of recipes I want to make, food I want to try and restaurants I need to visit. Lately, I discovered more people have these lists and that some people call this a Food Bucket list. I really liked the idea of a bucketlist and tracking which of the items you have completed, so I decided to post my Food Bucket list on the blog and tell you about the progress I am making with it. Being a food blogger absolutely helps in checking off the items on my list, as I often look at my list when I am thinking about what I want to write about next. At the same time, it makes it harder to complete the list, as I get inspired by all of the other blogs where I discover new recipes or restaurants, which makes my list grow before I can finish all of the items on it!
